New OraCrepe 30 to be soon installed at Kartogroup España S.L.

The latest, renewed version of OraCrepe creping blade holder – OraCrepe 30 – will soon be installed on a new tissue machine in the Castelló plant of Kartogroup España S.L..

Kartogroup España has recently placed an order for the complete supply of creping and cleaning positions; the order includes electro pneumatic control panel, blade extractor system and all needed spare parts (pressure plate, apron, hose with sleeve, ball bearings, motor gearbox, pneumatic air cylinders…). The erection, commissioning and startup will be supervised onsite by a skilled Oradoc engineer.

The ‘30’ version of the OraCrepe comes with the usual flexible system, along with an innovative open but compact cartridge that allows for less dirt built-ups, better cleaning and easier blade stickout change. Moreover, the new version can be installed even on already existing, previous versions of blade holder, with no modification required.

Kartogroup España S.L., whose capital was acquired by Cominter in 2008, is a 25.000sqm production plant located in Burriana – Castelló, equipped with state-of-the-art technologies and with high production capacity.

This new important business deal was achieved thanks to the collaboration with our local representative, in the person of Mr. José Francisco Corominola, who’s been representing Oradoc products and services in Spain and Portugal for almost 15 years up to now.
